Return and Refund Policy For VistaValice
At VistaValice, our aim is to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to assist you with our return and refund policy:
General Policy Terms:
Your satisfaction is paramount to us, and we encourage you to inspect all items upon delivery. If you encounter any issues with your order, please notify us within 7 days so that we can address them promptly.
Not Satisfied with Product or Experience:
Should you find yourself dissatisfied with any VistaValice items, please inform us within 7 days of receipt. We will endeavor to replace the items, issue a credit, or provide a refund for eligible items. To qualify for a refund or credit, returned items must be undamaged and unused.
Logo Printed Incorrectly:
In the event of a logo printing error on any items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at team@vistavalice.com. We will either correct and replace the items, if feasible, or offer a credit or refund. To facilitate the correction process, please provide clear photos of the items displaying the logo issue.
Items Don't Fit:
We provide sizing assistance for all products featured in our catalog. However, if you encounter fit issues, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at team@vistavalice.com and include photos illustrating the fit discrepancy. Upon review, we will replace the items with corrected sizing if available, or suggest alternative options. Please ensure that returned items are undamaged and unused.
Damaged Items:
We recommend inspecting all items upon receipt to verify their condition. If you discover any broken or damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at team@vistavalice.com and provide photos of the damaged products. We will arrange to replace the damaged items if feasible, or issue a credit or refund.
Missing Items in Swag Packs:
Please confirm the receipt of all swag items upon delivery. If any items are missing from your packs, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will either replace the missing items or provide a refund or credit equivalent to the value of the missing items.
Shipment Timelines:
Our goal is to deliver your order within 7-10 working days from the date of order placement. In exceptional circumstances such as high demand or logistical challenges, delivery may take longer than 10 working days. We are continuously striving to enhance our shipping processes to ensure faster deliveries in the future.
Undelivered Items:
In the event of shipping errors or undelivered packages, please contact us promptly at team@vistavalice.com. We will endeavor to address any issues arising from incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, or carrier errors. Please note that VistaValice cannot be held responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect recipient information provided by the customer.
Items Lost by Carrier:
While rare, there is a risk that items may become lost in transit. If your items are lost during shipping, please notify us immediately at team@vistavalice.com. We will make every effort to reproduce the items and ship them to you, or issue a credit or refund for the lost items. Please note that items marked as delivered and signed for cannot be considered lost.
Items Returned to Sender:
In cases where undelivered packages are returned to our warehouse, we will update your swag inventory accordingly. You may continue to utilize the returned items as part of your inventory. Upon receipt, we will adjust your swag inventory accordingly.
